The Diploma referred to is issued by HCB (Hypnotherapy Control Board) and no guarantee has been implied or given that the Course Director can bring the Student to a pass mark in the examination referred to (Though all possible help and support will be given). In the event of any dispute concerning the examination, which may be taken three times, at three monthly intervals (for no extra charge), the dispute shall be referred to a Professional Association concerned with Hypnotherapy whose decision shall be binding on both Student and Instructor.
