(the therapist) contacted me by phone and email as soon as you emailed me.  He sent me directions, costs and the best place to park via email the day before I went and also text me a reminder to my phone.  During the consultation, he explained how it all worked, what experience he had, costs, how long it would take and I gave him details of my past therapy and hypnotherapy sessions I had.  He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
