About Us

About Avon Hypnotherapy: Hypnotherapists in Cambridge and Chatteris in Cambridgeshire, and North London

Avon Hypnotherapy was created by Paul and Denise Douglass. 

Paul and Denise are both qualified and registered analytical hypnotherapists, and created Avon Hypnotherapy to provide the finest standard of private hypnotherapy available.

We use both analytical hypnotherapy (specifically the form of analytical hypnotherapy known as 'Pure' Hypnoanalysis), as well as suggestion therapy in our practice, and we both work full-time as hypnotherapists /psychotherapists.

This enables us to provide effective help for not only things like stopping smoking but also for the more deep-seated problems which are best treated by using a therapy that deals with the root causes of the problem.

The problems treated with 'Pure' Hypnoanalysis, can range from: fears, phobias, (including both fear of flying and social phobia), anxiety, panic attacks, weight issues and those other unwanted habits and restrictions, that people sometimes find themselves faced with.

Avon Hypnotherapy is located in Cambridge, and Chatteris in Cambridgeshire, and in North London.
